When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, they say in America.
You don’t know what the hell is going to happen with this American election, if there is going to be a civil war or a president?
You don’t know if they’re going to lock you in again tomorrow?
Whether or not you will be able to move around, visit loved ones, make important trips?
Good.
Don’t cave in!
Make the best of what is there.
Here in Vidracco there are the Pelati Mountains and so we came here to hike and breathe fresh air.
To lie down on the ground and breathe the smell of the earth.
This is my daily medicine.
And about anxiety, what do i do?
I guess the covid will block me in the very place where the universe will bring me the best gift in the world, like it did last year.
I go on to a more intimate way, even within myself.
I savor the quiet. I activate my imagination.
I reinvent myself and the world.
I access emotions from the heart.
And above all I give my mind a great gift of interpretation.
Is the covid causing our illness? Or is it our illness that causes the immeasurable power this invisible particle has taken?
Let’s think carefully. When we love and care for our ecosystem, these invisible particles find no fertile ground.
So why not take advantage of the restrictions to take care of that?
Love and know the ecosystem called yourself!
Now is the time.
